I have called these people countless times to request a refund for their product which has been advertised on TV and all I get is the run around. First it was out of stock so I told them to cancel order; the very next day they shipped it. Then I returned it at least two weeks ago and now they say it hasn't shown up yet and when I requested to speak to a supervisor they are all in meetings. So terrible convenient. Don't waste your money on this; it got a terrible review on Amazon and I wish I'd checked there before ordering. 1294db3
